The possibilities for custom creations are endless! Below are several examples of some custom creations that we've built for clients with unique needs or challenging projects to find solutions for.
(1) Custom Battery Storage Box
We created custom battery boxes for a unique solar power system. The client was able to provide specifications of the system and the pieces that they needed to finish the project. These boxes are custom created in our warehouse by experts in welding and fabrication.
(2) Custom Garbage Containers
The possibilities for custom products don't end with industrial or commercial products; many of our projects are for residential customers! We recently completed these attractive custom garbage bins for a client that needed a specific size in black.
The material used to create these trash containers is ¼” HDPE (high density polyethylene). HDPE can be welded, shaped, and heat formed to create various products. This material is typically non toxic as well. HDPE has excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance, meaning that these containers will remain in good shape for a long period of time and don't easily sustain damage. These features can be especially important if you live in an area where wildlife are known to tamper with garbage and recycling bins. This polyethylene material also absorbs little to no water, again making it ideal to keep items safe and dry.
This same concept can be expanded to many other applications, such as rain harvesting collection or even flower and plant material pots.
