The annual "Imagine a Day Without Water" is intended to bring awareness to our reliance on this precious resource and how we can preserve it, protect it, and avoid disruptions to supply, and safely handle it.

Deterioration of this infrastructure is inevitable, but can be combatted by timely investment in water resources. Investing in the protection and safe use of water resources also help to stimulate the economy during these difficult times.
